The CEFTS Graduate Student Awards are an opportunity for member schools to recognize outstanding alumni for service to the profession and their school. The awards are decided each year at the annual meeting. Here is the process.

1. Each school may nominate one or more alumni. Submit a letter of nomination and a biographical sketch to the CEFTS Executive Committee. The letter should describe the nominee’s accomplishments and why he or she has been nominated.
2. The Executive Committee reviews the nominations and forwards them to the Business Meeting.
3. The nominees are voted on at the Business Meeting.
4. Each successful nominee is given a certificate, which will be presented at an appropriate occasion by the nominating school.
5. A complete list of the awards is kept on the CEFTS website.
