Brief description: Program provides students with the competencies and technical skills necessary to sustainably manage forested systems. Ares of study include tree identification, forest inventory, forest management planning, wildland firefighting, forest business and timber harvest operations. Students will earn a certificate and associate degree upon completion of the program. The program has achieved ‘candidacy status’ – the first milestone in the accreditation process – by the Society of American Foresters under the forest technology standard.

I believe there was also an article about them in The Forestry Source, but I will have to go back to find the right issue.
